How I Work

1. We discuss your needs

You explain the situation, what is holding things back or what you want to move forward. Together, we clarify the location, constraints and degree of urgency.

2. I propose a focused engagement

After reviewing your request, I define the objective, scope and quote with you. The engagement may be a one-off assignment or support over several weeks or months, on site or remotely depending on the need.

3. We work on the ground

I observe, discuss with the team, and together we test or implement suitable solutions. You leave with clear actions and priorities.

4. Fees

Rates generally range from €700 to €1,000 excluding VAT per day, depending on the nature, preparation and duration of the project. Each engagement is quoted after reviewing your needs. Any travel expenses are specified in the quote.

5. Confidentiality

• Recipes, data and processes are confidential.

• No communication (photos, names or figures) without written approval.
